How it works

Four steps from your first request to your first telehealth visit, all in one secure portal.

  1. Request an appointment

    Use the request form on this site. We only ask how to reach you, what you're interested in, and when you're available. No health details yet.

  2. Open your secure portal link

    Within minutes you'll get an email with a one-time sign-in link to your patient portal. Verify your email and complete a short eligibility screening. If eligible, complete health intake, upload documents, and sign agreements securely in your portal. Nothing about your health ever goes through the website or ordinary email.

  3. Clinic review, then choose a time

    Submit your completed intake for clinical review. The team may request more information in your portal. Once approved, choose your provider, appointment type, date and time.

  4. Join your video visit and continue care

    Review any pre-visit tasks. At appointment time, open the portal to join your consultation. Follow-ups, secure messages to the doctor, documents, and payments all live in the same portal.
