New patients should select Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (or ADHD Evaluation & Treatment). Established patients should sign in to the patient portal to book a Medication Management follow-up.

Appointment requests are subject to eligibility and insurance verification. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988, call 911, or visit the nearest emergency room.
