TODO(client counsel): this page is a template and must be reviewed and approved by the practice's attorney before launch.

L.A Health and Wellness Center wants everyone to be able to use this website and the patient portal, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is built with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, sufficient color contrast, text that can be resized, and respect for reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations

Some third-party components, such as the scheduling page and video visit interface provided by our electronic health record vendor, are outside our direct control. We choose vendors who publish their own accessibility commitments.
